All our products are made from 100% genuine, naturally sourced crystals and gemstones. Every piece is carefully selected for quality, authenticity, and energetic integrity. We never sell dyed, treated, or synthetic stones unless explicitly stated in the product description.

At this time, we do not offer custom or personalized orders. However, we carry a wide variety of crystals, shapes, and sizes — so you can browse our full collection to find exactly what resonates with you. We’re always expanding our inventory, so check back often!

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, undamaged condition. To start a return, please contact us via this form with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Standard US shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding international shipping in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the shipping method selected. If you don’t receive a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
