Shipping

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard US shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.
• Free shipping on all US orders over $75.
• International orders: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original, undamaged condition.
• To initiate a return, email us at contact@yamcrest.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
• Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@yamcrest.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
